You can "rewire" your brain to be happy just by simply recalling three things a day that you are grateful for 21 days. Some say "count your rainbows and not your thunderstorms". We know that what we put our attention on, we see more of. Therefore, it would stand to reason, that if we put our attention on all the things that we are grateful for, it is simple, we will see more of them. Start each day with a grateful heart and become a magnet for miracles!
