Meditation has been scientifically proven in to relieve anxiety and depression. It helps to alleviate stress and bring about feelings of well-being and peace. Meditation is a "free" way to achieve feelings of well-being and calm. The earlier we learn to meditate the sooner we experience the benefits of it. Meditation is a wonderful way to bring about the feelings of peace that already reside inside of us.
