I incorporated a well-being routine which involves meditation,visualisation and a 15 minute work out. By the time I am done, I am all set and ready for my day! I bring to my day a positive mind, peaceful heart and a strong healthy body.
That is not to say I find it easy to start off my day with the routine. I would much rather lie in bed for an extra 40 minutes. So, sometimes making myself do these things is never easy. But, the effort is well worth the way it makes me feel and the kind of day I have.
