How often do we miss the beauty of the moment within either our environment or with our loved ones…. because we are someone where else in mind other than the ‘present’ moment. We miss the sounds of the birds, the laughter of our children and the miracles life has to offer because we are not ‘here’ in mind…. because we are ‘somewhere else’. How can we learn to connect to the ‘present’ so we can experience the love, the beauty and the gifts of life? How can we learn to ‘thive’ rather than ‘survive’? By taking time to ‘be here, in the present’ not only do we get to experience peace, the beauty of the moment, but we also get to experience the beauty of life that always exists beneath the busyness of our mind.
