The truth about FEAR

For too long FEAR had its grip on me and left me paralysed – unable to move in any direction. It took me a while to retrain my brain to realise that one of the meaning of FEAR is False Expectation Appearing Real. The FEAR I was FEARING was not real at all but rather a made up concoction in my mind that I believed. When I realised the truth – FEAR no longer had its grip on me and I was able to walk free.
