I love this quote! A friend of mine recently put it up on Instagram and it made me stop in my tracks. I thought about it for awhile and wondered if it was true. I came to the conclusion that it absolutely is! Meditation has an uncanny ability to "chill me out". Things that irratatr and annoy me normally – don't seem to any more. Meditation seems to generate an inner calm and alters the way I perceive the world. This perception alteration in turn changes the way I react to the world. Of course, naturally, that then changes what I end up receiving and experiencing in my world. Meditation truly is an all-rounder and the days I don't meditate, which is rare, boy do I know about it.
Criticism breaks down the inner spirit. Praise builds it up. Praise yourself as much as you can. Tell yourself how well you are doing with every little thing.
