Try it for yourself …

I love this quote! A friend of mine recently put it up on Instagram and it made me stop in my tracks. I thought about it for awhile and wondered if it was true. I came to the conclusion that it absolutely is! Meditation has an uncanny ability to “chill me out”. Things that irratatr and annoy me normally – don’t seem to any more. Meditation seems to generate an inner calm and alters the way I perceive the world. This perception alteration in turn changes the way I react to the world. Of course, naturally, that then changes what I end up receiving and experiencing in my world. Meditation truly is an all-rounder and the days I don’t meditate, which is rare, boy do I know about it.
