Wanting a wonderful strong and healthy body is one thing and doing something about it is another. I realised it was no good sitting there wishing I could be well and fit, I had to take ACTION to achieve it. I started to work with a fitness trainer who has helped me to put together a routine that is gentle and perfect for me. I intend to get my body to a place of strength and and health - by taking positive action I am headed in the right direction. I have realised that I am not stuck with my body the way it is. I can make small positive changes to walk it gently to wellness and so far, the investment has been well worth it. Each little step is a step in the right direction. What is it that you want and you can take action to achieve?
