Join our 'Sacred Journey Retreat' day where we vow to awaken ourselves to the true potential of our wisdom by learning ancient and mystical wisdom passed down to us through the ages. Rise up to the life waiting for you by pushing past self-fuelled limitations and opening your arms and heart to self-love, self-belief and sparking the limitless power within. This deeply spiritual workshop will gift you with the tools to connect to deeper happiness, purpose and peace through the use of stone age techniques such as gong sound therapy to help transpire a deeper healing within through energy management and connection to angel guidance. We invite you to learn about and unearth the power of your chakras and provide you a place to seek the answers, to connect to a deeper sense of relaxation and transformational sense of grounding and spiritual connection.

Firs Farm consists of four acres of stunning woodland and grass areas and is based in Curdridge, Southampton.

What to bring:
A journal and a pen
A yoga mat or (blanket to lie on)
A blanket for warmth
A packed lunch, snacks and cutlery.
Please note, there is no heating facilities for lunch or cutlery at the venue.
