Together we’ll look step-by-step on how to build a life where you feel that you are truly living. A life where you are excited to jump out of bed in the morning, where you put on your favourite tunes as you dance your way to switch the kettle on in the mornings for your first cuppa.
Coaching sessions last either 60 or 90 minutes and how many and how often you need them can be flexible and dependent on your needs.
